Progressive replacement of old doors and windows with more efficient systems. Gradual replacement of traditional bulbs with LED. Installation of rolling shutters. Insulation of the north facade. Installation of curtains to protect against heat and cold; Consideration of energy class for new purchases.
To be studied: motion detectors for passage areas. Installation of self-consumption
Waste reduction
Encouraging tap water consumption. Eco-labeled cleaning products in refillable containers. Compost available in the garden.
Welcoming biodiversity
Favoring local species. Installing birdhouses. Partial lawn mowing.
Water saving
Changes to plumbing for more efficient installations. Installation of a water recovery system. Reuse of an existing well. Rational watering of the garden and plants.
Digital sobriety
Eco-design of this website. Replacement of the old phone’s battery to avoid buying a new device. Purchase of a computer with a high repairability rating. Deletion of unnecessary emails weekly.
